Dear Customer,
To better protect your account and data, SkinConsult is introducing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for SkinApp. Starting 01-08-2026, you'll sign in with your existing username and password, then verify your identity using the Authenticator app on your mobile phone.
What do you need to do?
Step 1 – Download the Authenticator app
Download the free Authenticator app (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator...) from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). Create an account using the same email address you use to log in to our portal.
Step 2 – Log in to the SkinApp
Sign in as you normally would using your current username and password.
Step 3 – Verify your login
From then on, every time you log in, you'll receive a notification in the Authenticator app. Simply approve the notification to confirm that it's you trying to access your account.
Why are we making this change?
Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security, helping keep your account and data safe.
